Returns & Refund Policy

Returns
We hope you love our products as much as we do! If you change your mind, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it - unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note we do not provide return labels, customers are responsible for their own shipping. Postage charges for the return of an item will not be reimbursed unless it arrived faulty. If the item is faulty, postage charges will be reimbursed along with the refund.

To start a return, please contact us at support@celui-theone.com. If your return is eligible, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days. Please note it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are not refundable.
