5. Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. We do not offer instalment or deferred payment plans (e.g., Klarna).

Full payment must be received before products are dispatched.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • United States: We cover any applicable duties or taxes.

  • Rest of World: Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including customs clearance processes.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of haircare products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products.

  • Customers must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods to request a return.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse results arising from product use.

  • Results from our products may vary from person to person, and no guarantee is made as to outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be limited by law.
